The stay at this hotel was second to none in every category. The staff was very friendly and very professional and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as good as possible. Maria was very kind and friendly and I highly recommend that someone recognize her as the best agent on the staff. The concierge was very helpful and she was extremely nice handling all of our concerns and information about the city. The hotel restaurant was excellent and the hostess was a very kind person. I’m very grateful for their hospitality and attitude towards the guests who are staying in their hotel.

We had a clean spacious room on the 19th floor which provided an amazing view of the city and the Bay. The staff was friendly and professional, special shout-out to Mavis at registration. Highly recommended place to stay in San Francisco.
