Avoid avoid avoid, unless you have no other options. We booked one double bed and arrived to two singles. When I asked why we were told it's because the photos on site are old. The main entrance to the rooms is literally open to public. Anyone not living there can enter at will. Disposable used cap under the bed side table after I pulled it forward to plug in my phone. Kitchen had not a single chair or table in there. Bathroom is spacious but the shower is horrible. It's a small space to shower in but the worse part is that during shower, you are literally standing in your washed down water due to slow flow of the exit 😱. No shower gel either. It was a hand washing liquid placed in the shower for use. 🙆🙆🙆 Don't want to ruin anyone's business but to be honest I think this place is just all about the money.

I would state that this place should be condemned and closed. The arrogant woman, so called owner, demanded £5 for parking as if I was going to run away and she wanted that upfront, eventhough there was no mension of it on profile. ROOM 5 COBWEBS LIMESCALES ON SHOWER BROKEN TOILET SEAT PISS STAINS ON FLOOR DIRTY PILLOW (STAINED) BEDSHEETS LOOKED LIKE 1955 NO BLINDS JUST A 1921 CURTAIN SMELLED LIKE PUKE (PLEASE NOTE MY COCKROACHES HAVE A BETTER HOME.) AVOID AT ALL COSTS. *I HAD TO ABANDON MY STAY DUE TO ME AND MY PARTNERS HEALTH AND SAFETY

Not pleasing
Arrived at hotel no one on check in desk phoned number on window. Woman Explained and guided me into my room on phone. Went back out to van for my stuff a woman pulls up in a car tells me i have to pay her £10 parking so i moved van onto street this was not advertised on Hotels.com site at time of booking. I returned back to hotel for the woman to then show me to my room once in room i had noticed my works tablet was not on the bed where i left it or in the room i asked the woman where it was she replied how do you know about the tablet i told her it was mine i had left in there before i moved van. When the woman showed me into my room she kept commenting that i got the room cheap. The hotel wasnt the easiest place to find as it was located behind another building. The room was cold on arrival cause radiator was turned off turned radiator on and it only got luke warm all night.

Nor worth the money - will never stay agai
We booked this hotel as it was the only one available in the area for an event we were attending. Check was terrible, no-one was in the reception & we had to call to get access. We were not asked any security questions & were given the code for the door & simply told our key was in a flowerpot!! Despite being advertised as a b&b, it was just the room. I only found this out when i called about needing a vegetarian breakfast. Whilst the room itself was bearable, the bathroom was horrendous. The sliding door didnt open properly so we had to squeeze in, the shower only had 1 temperature, absolutely boiling. The bathroom was no more than 3ft-6ft & felt incredibly cramped. The whole room felt very dated & run-down. The beds were relatively comfortable. We were glad we only had the room booked for one night. Definitely NOT worth £159!!!

A dump, don’t stay here
It’s a hostel selling itself as a stop gap B&B. Advertised as a B&B that doesn’t do breakfast. I worry for your safety if you Stay here, luckily I was dragged up and not brought up, so unfortunately I am use to dumps like this in my earlier days. Just Awful.

Dharma Lodge
The hotelier was at a meeting when I arrived and I was at first given the wrong room, to her credit she sorted it immediately. I think the check in time could maybe be extended to 8pm in case of late arrivals. The hotel is quiet and clean and the bed was comfortable so when I went to lay down I was able to get a good night's sleep.
