Easy to find, very secure. Good charity owner. Room was v clean with tea & coffee provided and plenty of toiletries in bathroom.

Warm welcome, earlier than shown. Roon was immaculate, bed was comfortable, coffee was free. Could not ask for anything more at the price paid. Very happ, and planning to use again. Location also excellent.

Sarah was a fantastic host, made our little family feel very welcome. The room was spotless and all the right precautions were taken for the current COVID-19 situation. We felt safe and the breakfast was delicious! Excellent location and we can’t wait to go back. Thank you Sarah, best wishes Leanne

We were in an Attic room which was very small, not much room to walk around the bed, the bed was a small double (3/4 size). Breakfast was buffet style and very nice, everything for a full fry up. Sarah was lovely.

It was central to all the attractions, very clean and tidy and the breakfast was excellent, Sarah and Stewart were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. The only down side was there was no parking facilities which i would look into as it cost us an extra £30 to park the car for our stay but other than that we would gladly stay here again.

Lovely place to stay and we will definitely make a return visit. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was lovely and just what we needed after a day at the pleasure beach. Breakfast was very tasty. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed in a few b&b’s in blackpool and the standard is generally poor but this place bucks the trend. Lovely comfortable, clean rooms and the owners are lovely. Cant do enough for you and will defo be back
