It was, as a rate it, average. Ok, no problems but not a happening. We had booked a room for two with one queensize bed and was asked when we arrived if that was ok. Which i of course was. But on the other had. Were there just one quilt a rather a small one. And one one set of towels so we really got a singleroom? It was just dor a night so nombig fuzz but a bit strange.

No English speaking staff at a Best Western… That’s terrible. Old decor, felt like I was in the 70’s. And nowhere does it say that they have a fee for bringing a dog, only that it is allowed, then at check-out they add 15EUR “dog fee”.

Nettes und freundliches Personal Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet (jedoch 17,50€ Aufpreis! m.E. etwas hoch) Das Hotel ist ein guter Startpunkt für eine Spreewalderkundung. Leider ist m.E.ein Fahrzeug notwendig, Dafür war abends jedesmal der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel maßlos überfüllt. Hinter dem Gebäude gibt es noch einige Parkplätze Richtung freies Feld.

8 personer på vej hjem. Vi valgte specifikt dette hotel, da der var restaurant på hotellet. Allerede ved ankomst til hotellet fik vi besked om at de ikke kunne servere mad, på trods af at der var flere andre der allerede sad i restauranten og spiste. Vi måtte finde et andet sted at spise. Best Western Hotel bliver ikke mit valg fremover, da det nu er 2 gang BW skuffer 😡

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb. In das Zentrum von Lübbenau muss man etwas Fußweg einplanen. Es war alles sehr sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Wir konnten noch kurzfristig das Abendbuffet nutzen, was sehr lecker war. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr ansprechend und vielfältig. Leider gab es in allen Zimmern, die wir gebucht hatten, nächtliche Geräusche durch eine Lüftungsanlage oder Ähnliches. Das war sehr störend.

Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Autobahn ist super. Der Verkehr war nicht zu hören. Der Lift im Hotel hat ab und an eine kleine Macke. Das Personal versicherte uns aber, dass daran etwas geändert werden soll. Ansonsten muss man sagen: Preis/ Leistung passt.
