terrible experience
My wife and I recently stayed for a week (Nov 6-13) at a Wyndham Days Inn, independently owned hotel in Redwood City. Due to my disability, I requested an accessible room. I also wanted a king sized bed, but I couldn’t have both, and the disability was the more important amenity.
There was one standout positive note about this room. The accessible bathroom was nicely done. I use a cane, but even if I had been in a wheelchair, I would have been able to wheel right in. The tile and mirror were lovely. There was, however, some rotted baseboard.

Finally, during the last few days of our stay we had bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. There was hand soap. Another day we ran out of soap in the shower, but the next day, after informing management, there was soap again. It would be nice if before a client checks in that these dispensers were checked and filled. After our first night, we stopped at the office to have “breakfast.” I’ve never seen such a dismal meal. There is simply nothing to really recommend this Days Inn.
From the very first night there was an awful chemical smell when you entered the room which
