Overall great as usual
This is our go to hotel when in Orange County. We’ve enjoyed our stay and everything was nice as usual. Only slight downfall this time was we were in room 305 and the pull out sofa was very difficult to pull out. Other than that as expected and would stay again

So clean!
I have stayed here for many Christmases. This year, the room, specifically the carpet, was the cleanest it has ever been. On Christmas day, someone mopped the exterior walkways. This place was soooo clean. Everything is freshly painted. The breakfast had real food, like eggs and sausage, not just doughnuts. The only little thing is the bed was too soft for me. It was an excellent stay.

Conveniently located
Parking was strange because of the way it’s labeled; either truck parking or no SUV parking. Pull out couch was not comfortable, but the beds were. The kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was really good. Staff was mostly nice. Bathroom was small but clean.

Decent option for budget-minded families.
Overall a great economical option for sports families. A few things in our room were issues - drawers wouldn’t stay closed, the heater was quite loud when it kicked on (loud enough to wake light sleepers). One significant thing was the start time of 7am for breakfast. For families like ours that need to leave the hotel by 7, breakfast wasn’t an option.

Terrible, wouldn’t come back
The manager at the front is very rude and has no personality whatsoever. He could Not help us with a single question that we asked him. Our jet bathtub was dirty and so was the bathroom. When paying extra money for a jet tub and balcony room, you’d think that the hotel would at least clean properly.
