Really great hotel. Location is superb for visiting sights. A few tram stops away from train station, clean, nice, with onsen. The mattress was rather hard, which I like. Cons: Breakfast was not worth it in my opinion, also the cooling system was quite loud in the room. Still definitely worth the price.

Very clean and everything is new. Good location. I spent almost one hour in the massage chair. A little complimentary drinks on the 1st floor was nice. Although I did not have a chance to use it, they have a service to keep the luggages for a while after checking out. Staff was very nice, communicative and helpful. If I will have another chance to come back to Hiroshima, I would like to stay in this hotel again.

Great location, right next to street car station and made taking public transport even to Miyajima Island very convenient. Although I drove a rental car, I found travelling around Hiroshima easier with street car or walk. Parking at hotel is not cheap (1500 Yen per day) - that was the negative about this hotel. Otherwise I was quite happy with my stay.
