"This hotel has potencial nice property especially the penthouse side, which has it’s own pool area and jacuzzi. Very beautiful, but they need to clean the pool, other than that nice place to lounge,This hotel has a problem with their cleaning staff and keeping up to date with the property. We stayed 3 nights at the garden penthouse, which had an out side private patio,which we were looking forward in enjoying. Room was nice with comfortable living room section,beds were comfortable. First night bath room sink was clog.The bath room smell like mildew, which they had automatic air freshener dispenser, probably for this reason, my biggest complain was the room towels . They were very old and stiff and robs as well. One of the towels had a green marker rubbed on it. The room had only 4 large towels and one hand towel. Did not provide small towels or bath rugs to step into. Had to call to bring all size towels and rugs every day we were there. All towels provide were like motel towels. Very disappointed for this type of penthouse room and hotel.Cleaning service left class cups and coffee cup dirty not replace nor was living room table cleaned. Nor was our patios clean from dirt and debris. We had to call front desk to send some one to clean it and to bring ice because no ice machine was there. We waited an hour for the ice and called again. The ice was brought in bag no bucket, first guy said there is no bucket second guy brought us an ice chest.don't think will stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and relaxing property. The view each morning was absolutely gorgeous and the staff that we were serviced by at the on-site restaurant and spa was wonderful. The food was delicious as well. Definitely looking forward to returning."

"Absolutely exceeded our expectations! We booked a great deal on our room at Entrevalle Hotel, and honestly went in with slightly lower expectations because of the price. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how wonderful everything was. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful, whether it was arranging the jacuzzi, bringing extra coffees and water to the room, or any little request we had, nothing was ever too much trouble. Their service genuinely made us feel taken care of. The hotel itself is so peaceful and quiet. It’s the perfect place to completely disconnect from everyday life and just chill. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay, and the rooms are actually really nice — comfortable, well-maintained, and modern. The bathrooms in particular are super clean and recently updated, much better than the photos suggest (they should really update those pictures!). We would definitely come back and highly recommend the Entrevalle Hotel if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway. Great value, excellent service, and a truly peaceful atmosphere.
