Great location very close to the train with Mennie shopping and dining options close by. Facilities are very clean and check-in is simple. The staff is wonderful and very eager to help. The pod I was originally assigned was close to an automatic air freshener which was triggering my allergies, but after explaining the situation to the front desk staff, I was reassigned a different pod on the upper floor, which was perfect. The shared shower and bath facilities are great. The bed was comfortable, and the whole experience was very positive especially given how affordable this was. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, by Ichigaya. The accomodation is cheap and it's very clean. However, just a curtain instead of a real door at the cabin made it very noisy. You could hear every small noise from the neighbour cabins.

Clean capsule hotel with good standard

Clean and quiet capsule hotel with a good overall standard. The staff’s English is limited, but they make an effort with Google Translate. No suitcase lockers—only a bike lock to secure luggage outside the room. Each capsule has a small lockable box for valuables. Capsules are very clean, but the mattress is quite firm. Airflow is poor, as the built-in fan doesn’t help much when the curtain is fully closed.

Good service and nice bath facility, but a pod hotel is mainly for sleeping in, so it can not make up for the extremely uncomfortable beds. It felt like sleeping on the bare floor with only a super thin pillow and terrible air circulation within the pod.
