Love our stay!!!
It was a perfect location for us to explore Christmas market. We took a bus from the nearest station and the bus stop was happened to be almost right in front of the hotel. That was a nice surprise after a long international flight. The check in was a breeze and the front staff was very nice and we were able to checkin and get into our room before 3 as the room was already clean. The checkout went smoothly. We had a different staff and she was also so friendly. We didn’t choose breakfast option this time as we had another plan so I cannot comment on that. All in all, a fantastic stay!!!

Great stay in Heidleberg
We had an incredible stay. The location was perfect being in the old town of Heidelberg. The breakfast was great and I highly recommend paying the small extra fee for it. The service provided by the hotel, in particular Ursula was top notch. Overall a great experience. Thank you.

The hotel room was clean & comfortable. Had all amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect for seeing the sights and in the heart of old town. The front desk girl who checked us in was so friendly and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

However, it would have been incredibly helpful if the hotel would have sent us some communication regarding no on-site parking and parking options, especially when arriving in the middle of a Fall Festival.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Our train the day of check in was delayed and they stayed open waiting for us to check in. The staff was very kind with good recommendations of the town. Great location as all of old town and the castle are walking distance. Our room had a lovely view of the castle at night which put our experience over the top! Highly recommend breakfast, it is homemade with many lovely options in a beautiful venue. We stayed one night here and I wish it was longer.

First of all-- the staff were incredible! They personally messaged several days ahead of checking in to confirm our expected arrival time, and offered recommendations for travel to Heidelberg from the Frankfurt Airport that was super helpful. We ended up arriving just as the hotel staff were starting their day, and they promptly led us to our room so we could immediately try to alleviate the jet lag! The rooms are delightful and very spacious. Breakfast in the cozy and historic cellar is charming. And of course so much of old Heidelberg is so close. It's a delightful place to stay!

Exceptionally friendly staff with a beautiful hotel in a great location. As with any place in this part of Europe, the rooms can be a bit warm this time of year, but I don’t believe this was much of a problem as there was a fan in the room and fantastic windows. I highly recommend this place to anyone couple looking to travel. The staff also provided fantastic dinner recommendations and spoke perfect English.
