The place had thin walls so you could hear the people in the hallway and they can hear the things coming from your room. The walls to the outside and also thin so you can hear the street and the crows around the hotel.

An old love hotel?
This place looks like it used to be an old love hotel or something. There is no real security (but it's Japan so it should be fine), the doors and locks to your room are paper thin and old and the bathroom is tiny.
It's in a good location but I wouldn't pay more than 6000 yen a night for this.

We got the room without windows which was not very nice. The room looks somewhat old and there is barely sunlight coming in so it smells a little bit humid in the room.

We chose a non smoking room but the whole hotel smelled like smoke when we arrived. After we opened the windows or aired out a little bit when I woke up in the middle of the night the whole room smelled worse than before of cigarettes.
