The hotel is very well located, close to the action but quiet. The staff were very nice and the breakfast excellent. The drawbacks were the air conditioning which was very inconsistent and the smell of sewers in the room which did dispel if the bathroom fan ran continuously.

A little difficult to find but, once you do it’s a decent hotel. It has a small lobby and the rooms are reasonably spacious and very clean. Though breakfast was not included when I got the property even though it was an option I added prior to booking the place - I still rate 5 stars due to its super cleanliness, amazing staff especially Angela who gave me and my son a smile. The housekeeper did an amazing job keeping our rooms super clean. I will definitely and highly recommend this place. And to top it off, it’s close to the trains and walkable to cathedral 👍

The staff was excellent. Everyone was very professional and courteous, and if you needed something, they went out of their way to make sure you got it. I highly recommend the hotel. The only negative thing I would say would be the parking because of course you’re in the center of the city, but they do have a 24 hour parking garage about 500 m away which cost 25 euro a day.
