Couldn’t fault our stay in anyway. Rooms were clean, well appointed and fun! Spa facilities were lovely, restaurant was stunning and breakfast was fantastic, highly recommended.

The stay was great; the suite was very nice. The location of the hotel is far from the activities, but public transportation is nearby, and taxis are efficient. The only bad experience for me was at the restaurant, dinner was not tasty, and not well organized.

The hotel was exceptional. Off beat decor, staff friendly, good bar area and a nice sauna, steam room and pool. Location good for the city, either walking or jumping on the bus that leaves outside the hotel.

Room was super clean. I loved the pillow menu and all the cute details in this quirky room.
The towel warmer didn't work in my room, which was a bit of a bummer. The front desk offered to put me in a different room, but I'd already unpacked by then.
The staff was friendly. The woman at reception who helped me check in gave me a great history lesson about the hotel.
Breakfast was really good, and good value for money since I pre-booked it.
The restaurant and bar: I did not end up going because I looked at the prices beforehand. Very, very expensive. I went to Gundel restaurant and got better prices on a 5 star meal at one of Hungary's most famous restaurants.

Loved my stay! Although the first room that was given to me was too dark, they did however upgraded me to a better room on a much higher floor and that made a whole world of difference:)

Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed the small seating area and additional space to hang our clothes. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was sublime after long days exploring Budapest. Nice touch with daily suggestions for exploring Budapest during turndown service each night. Location was conveniently located with short walks to public transportation. Highly recommended and would stay here again.
