Gammalt, rustikt, charmigt och funktionellt. Språket var en utmaning då bara den mycket unga sonen pratade engelska. Omgivningarna är magiska med en utsikt som är svårslagen. Det bästa till sist; maten och vinet som serveras är bara det värt resan!

La struttura è molto bella,rustica e campagnola,immersa nel verde.
Ma non offre molti servizi,si potrebbe fare di più.Per un pernottamento è ok.Da rivedere qualcosa negli alloggi.Ad esempio lenzuola e cuscini .La biancheria deve essere appunto bianca!

The small road leading to the property is not lighted so it was quite difficult to know if you are on track when you arrive when the sun is down. Even for the walk from restaurant to the property is not lighted up so we have to use our mobile phone to see our way. The guy that greeted us at the restaurant for check-in speaks no English so it was quite difficult to communicate to him when he kept my passport which shouldn’t be the case. I have to use google translate to ask for my passport to be returned to me.

Very beautiful place, no english speakers at all
The place was beautiful, food was good, but for my sake, I have to put it down on 3/5 due to no english at all, it was very hard to communicate. You have to use Google Translate VERY actively to get anything through, unless you speak Italian. The thing is, the place is beautiful, the surroundings are beautiful, I wish they spoke English. The room was also good, nothing really special, slept well, bathroom was good.

Not what we expected
We came to stay at this Agriturismo to take the Flight of the Angel's in nearby Castelmezzano.
There were few options in this area. This Agriturismo is located in hilly countryside which is stunning. Sadly, we wish we could provide good feedback on our stay at this Agriturismo. Our room was small, sparsely furnished, uncomfortable and smelled of smoke. There was no wifi in the room, The continental breakfast was at best okay. This was not what we had hoped for or expected. Having said that we enjoyed the countryside, visiting the town, and taking the Flight of the Angel's zipline.

A parte la cena ottima( a pagamento), solo un gran
A parte la bonomia del gestore, poco. Ho prenotato on line verso le 11 e sono arrivato alle 16.00. A colti da un cameriere che non sapeva dell'arrivo e comunque ci accompagna alla camera in cui faceva un freddo tremendo. Ci viene assicurato che avrebbero acceso il riscaldamento. Dopo 2 oreancora nulla. Protesto e ci portano una stufetta, e una coperta; finalmente arriva il proprietario che mi assicura che avrebbe fatto accendere il riscaldamento. Solo verso le ore 20 i termosifoni cominciano a essere tiepidi. Andiamo a cena nel ristorante annesso e mangiamo veramente bene. La mattina dopo ci svegliamo con i termosifoni freddi e una temperatura esterna di 7 gradi.E' vero che con 60 euro non si può pretendere troppo oltre pernottamento e colazione per 2, ma è anche vero che nei giorni precedenti ho fatto b&b in un hotel 4 stelle a Ischia che offriva gratuitamente l'accesso al Centro benessere, piscine termali scoperte a 36 gradi e piscine coperte a 38 gradi illimitatamente. Fate un po' voi...

Quick trip in February 2019
One of our stops on a little driving tour of the mezzogiorno. We had a wonderful, just one night, stay there in February 2019. Wonderful hosts and beautiful location. We enjoyed the steep hike between Castelmezzano and Pietrapertossa. Very quiet this time of year, but the visit was great. Hope to be back.
