We loved our stay at The Tagus Houseboat. The boat was very clean and spacious and well equipped. We only had one night here and I wish we had stayed longer:

This is not luxurious hotel, but absolutely lovable for those who prefer alternative locations!
A real houseboat (British canal style), sweetly furnished inside, very cozy in all ways. Super safe neighborhood; but the many bars around could be a bit noisy some evenings.
Totally great reception staff and support staff.

It was the perfect place for our last night before heading to the airport the next day. Tons of restaurants and the Oceanarium near by!

Great stay with the kids. It’s a little cold on the water in late Nov but the room air conditioner was able to warm most of the areas. Check-in was fast and the staff took time to go over the gate and boat keys and made sure we understood everything.
The toilet takes a bit getting use to but easy enough to figure out. Shower was hot but pressure is what you would expect on a boat.

We were not sure what to expect when we booked a houseboat. The communication from the company was excellent, and the houseboat was lovely. It was so well appointed and in excellent condition. It was much more spacious than we thought it would be.
