Would Stay Again, Food Options Are Limited
I stayed here one night. The hotel is excellent, and the rooftop views are amazing. The staff was friendly. The only downside is that there are not a lot of food options nearby.

Hace falta el restaurante, o que dejen llevar la comida a las habitaciones, ya que es incomodo comer algo que compraste afuera en el área de recepción.

Infinity was clean, mostly modern and the staff was very attentive to our needs. That was all great. However, there were problems like the pool, social area and restaurant being out of service. Plus, if you turn right and walk a block you’re at the malecón (ocean walk), but if you turn left mostly the area was run down, dirty and probably not the most safe.

Front desk speaks English which was very helpful. Check in was fine. Rooftop pool is very nice however there had been a heavy rain earlier in the day and the water floods the patio. TV in room was broken but front desk was helpful. I was only staying one night so didn't need it. Close to the metro and main boulevard near "Panama" sign.

Not worth the cheap price. This hotel was not the cleanest and had weird smells. The elevator and room was small. You aren’t allowed to eat in the room. They hand you the tv remote when you check in, which was strange. I booked a “balcony” and there are none. The view of the ocean would’ve been beautiful if the windows weren’t so dirty. We didn’t even stay and I’m okay with losing my money to go somewhere better.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. The outside area is FILTHY and littered with garbage. There are prostitutes who were constantly trying to pick me up. My door lock didn't work and no one told me- while I was asleep. I was the only one on the floor so she wasn't that busy. I told the desk clerk about the door and she was not surprised which meant that it has happened before. She only called the maintenance person to fix the door lock when I mentioned as opposed to already knowing about it and correcting the problem. There are too many stories of Americans being robbed and/or kidnapped in foreign countries. This hotel is below standard DO NOT STAY HERE

While the property looks good in their photos the reality is that they bought particle board everything and it is not doing well in the sub-tropical environment that is Panama City. The door to the restroom would not close because the particle board swelled up and the door was delaminating at the base. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very lacking. There were no cups in the room for us to use. Also the shower pan was not installed correctly and there was no soap holder of any kind in the shower. The staff were great but the property needs work to be as good as their phots want to present it as.

READ BEFORE BOOKING! (Feb 15-2024) - Staff at front desk is nice. - location is good (only good thing) - Rooms are terrible, extremely dirty, serious management issues, let's start with the elevator floor tiles are pealing off, room entry door got stuck with floor, floor tiles are separated with big gaps, most floor molding is broken and loose. - Bathroom is even worse, only one towel with stain and holes, we had to call to get more towels, shower was filthy with mold, missing door, Sink had a hole and faucet was loose, we had to call for toilet paper and we had to go to the lobby to get it after waiting a couple hours because they didn't brought it, see pictures for details. - Pool area, you can't see the bottom of the pool and where you can see is peeling off, the outside is destroyed, green carpet is destroyed, this place is a big mess. - The surroundings of the building are unsafe, a lot of homeless people and bad habits issues.

Quirky
Quirky hotel in an unusual part of town. Friendly staff, value price and close to Metro and Cinta Costera. Comfy bed and good AC. One good restaurant close by - Boulevard Balboa, also try Vertigo, further towards town. The rooms seem utilitarian. I had a coastal view but could barely see out the windows. A little sad. In the bathroom one whole shower door was missing? Not a big deal but... attention to detail and all that. There are big notices on the lift in the lobby that you are not allowed bring any food or drink into the hotel and will be fined if you are caught. I guess there's a backstory to this.

DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS NOT AS ADVERTISED. The staff at the front desk were nice and polite, and the lobby is decent looking, but then you get to your floor and it looks like something out of a horror movie. you get into your room, and the walls are rotting away, the bed has hair all over it and the mattress is probably 40 years old and the sheets don't even cover the mattress. There is mold all over the shower and disgusting filth all over the walls and sink. I repeat, DO NOT STAY HERE. we checked out within 30 min of being there and probably wont get our money back.

The check-in process was frustrating as our assigned room was unprepared, forcing us to request a new one after discovering it in disarray. This not only inconvenienced us but also highlighted a lack of attention to detail. Moreover, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. Common areas appeared neglected, making it challenging to feel comfortable during our stay. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to enhance the experience for future guests.

The condition of this property was terrible. There was a horrible smell in the elevator, hallway and room. There were waterlogged baseboards, stripping paints, furniture with exposed raw edging and more. We did not stay in the room more than 5 minutes before deciding that we would go find another hotel. i took photos of the place and showed them to the front desk attendant. He apologized for the conditions and directed us to Expedia to request a refund. Expedia has been trying to get my refund, but the property manager is refusing. It is a real shame. Stay away from this place.
