Self check-in was a breeze. The room was well appointed, the bed and linens were very comfortable. The tram to Venice was just a short walk away and the area had plenty of cafe’s and Patisseries close by. There’s also an automatic espresso machine in the lobby ready to make any kind of coffee you can imagine. We loved our stay there after our cruise.

Very cozy with a balcony overlooking the street. It was clean and close to shopping and dining. Hospitality hot drinks and snacks were wonderful while waiting for our room accommodations to be readied for us. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. The venice lion residence was absolutely clean and their staff are really nice. A coffee machine located in a relaxed area made us relax to have a better day. If the entrance gate would work properly with electrical remote which it didn't I could suppose five stars hotel in overall. Very unique-looking hotel, really enjoyed the look of it. It was our first experience sharing a washroom with other guests in other rooms and we had no issues. Staff were always helpful and kind. There are some take out places like bakeries and pizzerias within 5mins from the property. Honestly the only remotely inconvenient detail was the only way to lock your room from inside was with a key, and you are given one set of keys for the whole room.

3 grocery stores in close distance. Easy access to the bus to Venice. 9 minute walk. The taxi back to the airport was only 35 euro for the 2 of us, and only 10 minutes, where the bus, which was confusing, was 20 and took an hour. Viola and Paola were very helpful in arranging the taxi. There was a coffee machine that mqdd multiple types, including hot chocolate and lemonade, that was good. Very clean bathroom with a washing machine. We would stay again.
