Hotel in excellent place on the promenade near to everything very clean staff very friendly they only thing I didn't like was the coffee in the dining room at breakfast and the food wasn't hot could have done with a microwave to hot it up.

The staff where very friendly and helpful. The was very clean and modern. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Perfectly placed between the south and central pier, with a tram stop right outside.

The room, food and the staff were great.
We found the dining area difficult to move around as the tables were too close together.
Again we would like to mention that the entrance to the hotel is very difficult for older people with luggage as it has steep steps and the strong springs on the doors make them extremely hard to open.

The Craig-Y-Don Hotel is a Blackpool seafront hotel and it's very good at what it aims to be. My room was spotlessly clean and the linen and towels were fresh. Everything worked as it should have.
All of the staff were really polite and friendly, they were also very efficient and good at their jobs. The breakfast was good with plenty of options from which to choose.
The location is convenient for the attractions that Blackpool offers and I have no worries about recommending it; I would certainly stay there again.
