Do not guide for the photos
Im not woman who complains frequently, in fact, this is my first bad comment about a hotel, but feel it like necessary for helping. The hotel is really with not regularly maintenance at all. After my experience in this hotel I looked for past reviews and noticed that 4 years ago have the same complaint. It looks like there is not a professional administration for it. There is not self parking service. You must leave your car keys at the parking lot, which is four blocks away of the hotel. I didnt feel nice attention at all. The bathroom didnt have hot water. I showered with cold water. And with a drainage smell filling all the room. Was really disgusting. This was one of my worst experiences with a hotel in my life.

Room which was reserved as City view Has no windows at all! Receptionist said it is Expedia system fault. Director of this hotel is absent all day, they don’t want to return money paid on the reservation desk on arrival. Expedia tried to make another charge For us to be able to change the hotel. Hotel description is a fraud. They know they don’t offer city view , they charge and don’t want to refund money paid for touristic product which does not correspond to the description.

El hotel es sencillo. El trato es amable y las instalaciones no son sorprendentes, pero tampoco están mal. Lo que no conviene es que las cajas de seguridad de las habitaciones no funciona y hay que dejar los objetos de valor en recpeción. Las señoritas de recepción son muy amables, pero siempre están buscando espacio para las maletas porque hay días que se amontonan. Tampoco cambiaron ni toallas ni sábanas de la habitación cuando hicieron limpieza. Entonces, está bien, pero hay algunas cosas que podrían mejorar.

Tiene una buena ubicación, hotel muy básico, bueno para descansar, el personal es amable, la habitación que me asignaron en mis primeras noches, estaba demasiado pequeña y además olía a drenaje, en mi último día me dieron una habitación en primer piso y esa ya fue mucho mejor, ofrecen café jugo pan y fruta eso está muy bien para comenzar la mañana. No tiene elevador ni restaurante pero hay muchos lugares a donde ir a pasear ya que está en la zona centro.

Bonito pero no fue tan cómodo
Pros: La zona es céntrica, el personal amable, el hotel bonito, incluyendo la habitación. Las vistas de la terraza son impresionantes. La habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado. Cons: Las almohadas y toallas son viejas. El desagüe de la regadera olía muy fuerte a drenaje. Hay 2 bares frente al hotel que tocan música a volumenes tan altos que aún con tapones se sentían las vibraciones toda la noche. Recomiendo evitar la habitación en terraza con balcón para estar lejos del ruido. Además porque son muchas escaleras para llegar a estás habitaciones en terraza.

Pésimo. Engañan. No hay camas queen, son matrimoniales. No son fotografias reales de Las habitaciones. Son diminutas. apenas caben las camas pegadas a 3 paredes. Falta mantenimiento. Es categoria 2 estrellas. Muy mal que mientan. Mi reserva dice 2 camas queen y no existen en ese hotel. Ni las habitaciones estan decoradas como en las fotos.

Si vas en plan de trabajo pésimo servicio
Desde que llegue pregunte por el estacionamiento y me dijeron que si tenian, me pidieron que me registrara y al finalizar ya me dijeron que estaba a 3 cuadras y que si yo lo llevaba ellos no se hacian responsables de nada de lo que le ocurriera al vehiculo por lo que debia usar el valet parking . Al entrar a la habitacion, y me encientroncon las sabanas manchadas de la cama y cabello atras de la puerta del baño. Menciona que hay restaurante peor edta cerrado, no hay alimentos para comoda o cena. Tienen prendidas las luces del patio que dan a la habitacion y lastima la luz para dormir, hable y me dijeron que se apagan hasta las 12:30. Enfrente hay un bar que toca musica fuerte y no se puede dormir .A las 6 de la mañana del dia siguiente me queria bañar a las 6 porque tenia que estar en una reunion a las 7:30 y no habia agua caliente, llame y me dijeron que estaba apagada la caldera y quien la prendia llegaba a las 7. La persona llego 7:30 y al final nunca se calento el agua, me bañe con agua helada... pedi al auto a las 8 porque me dijeron que se debia pedir con anticipacion, baje a las 8:15 y hasta entonces le pidieron al valet que fuera por el vehiculo.
