Stay for 10 nights
- The attitude of management after our first stay on cleaning issues was rude and deducted £50/- for most of the spots which were not done by us and some of the spots were easily removable
- Asking us for TV remote on our second stay during our check-in which was very disappointing check-in for us. We tried to cancel the booking of the second stay but as the amount was paid in advance so management refused to refund.
- Slow water flow in the basin of the bathroom
- Not clear in sending keys instructions properly and keep sending text messages for loss of keys which were later found in the apartment by management.
However good things were:
- Location of the apartment
- Complimentary Milk and bread
- Indian TV Channels
