This is an exceptional boutique hotel . Carolina and Mark are not only exceptionally welcoming hosts,they are a wealth of information about Montevideo and Uruguayan culture,food and wine . This is THE place to stay in Montevideo.
This B&B exceeded our expectations. Well appointed, beautiful garden where one could have breakfast and lounge. Personal touches everywhere. The highlight are the owners who are very welcoming, warm, helpful and generous. Everything was super clean. We stayed in the ALQUIMISTA Room. Very comfortable bed. High quality bed sheets, towels. Nice shower. We will happily stay there again when we come to Montevideo.
