Nice quiet room given to us away from the lifts. Able to adjust the heating, very comfortable bed, clean bathroom with free toiletries. Great to have recyclable plastic cups instead of previous paper cups. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Amazing continental buffet breakfast to graze on in the morning - worth the money and big part of our trip. We stay twice a year when seeing a play over the road at the Royal Exchange Theatre, can be back in our room in under 5 minutes - bliss. Also great to go around the shops and my husband visited the Lowry paintings in the Manchester Art Gallery. So maximised our overnight stay.
