Upon checking in after all days travel we were told that we had only booking for 4 guest where we had 5 guests booked with Expedia, then we were told that we only paid 50% of the total amount. We all including 2 very tired you d children waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes before the manager came and sorted it out. Room shower and radiator leaked and we were asked to check other rooms by handing us the key to several rooms on different floors to see if we like any other room to mover to . Unfortunately they all had leaky showers or bath. Our 2nd room had a broken / unseals door seal and we had chilled draft in the room . We were never offered full brief on facilities in the hotel or services they offered so we missed on shuttle service to town in the first few days and had to ask for steam and pool area. Steam area was not well maintained and ran out of towels the last day.
