Very comfortable and with very good attention from staff both at the reception as in the restaurant. Need to improve conditions for the shower for handicapped people with grippers and a stool. Had to put walker into the tight shower to avoid danger for fall

Não foi a primeira vez que nos hospedamos no hotel, em relação a conforto continua muito bom, quartos excelentes, limpos e café da manhã muito bom. O que eu deixo como sugestão é melhorar a iluminação do quarto, falta uma lâmpada central e tivemos um inconveniente com o serviço de garagem, encontramos no turno da noite um manobrista mal educado e que quase bateu boca com meu esposo por um papel, fora que cantou pneu com nosso carro quando foi guardar mais cedo, péssimo, um hotel bom deveria tomar mais cuidado com o serviço terceirizado que oferece aos seus clientes.
