The reason for a bad review was because the hotel's wifi does not work well. It is terrible. The first room I was in, I couldn't use or watch video or do a Zoom call. Then they moved me (graciously) to another room and the wifi was better, BUT I still could not do a zoom call and had to take calls in the lobby. I then moved to another room in the other tower, and the same thing happened where I had to take video calls in the lobby. I am writing the bad review to let management know that they need to fix the wifi internet service, especially since this is a business-oriented hotel with a lot of business travelers who need to work while they are at the hotel. Other than the wifi/internet issue, the hotel is good, conveniently located, great staff, very helpful and polite, and good food.

Como se trata de um Convention Center, o espaço é muito amplo e tivemos bastante dificuldade com a entrega de pedidos e iFood. Cheguei com meu celular descarregado e precisei ficar aguardando em pé com minha avó de 85 anos até encontrarem uma tomada compatível com a entrada C para validar o cartão de crédito, mesmo após perguntar se poderíamos subir para o quarto e depois eu desceria para realizar o procedimento. Ao solucionarmos essa parte, nos foram entregues dois cartões desmagnetizados. Então andamos um caminho extenso com duas malas (e, novamente, uma idosa) para, simplesmente, os cartões não liberaram o elevador e precisarmos fazer todo o caminho de retorno. A wifi também não conectou com os dados fornecidos. Liguei para a recepção e não conseguiram me auxiliar. Precisei descer para eles mesmos fazerem login no meu celular com uma senha padrão do funcionários. Minha avó ficou sem internet. Acredito que só vale a pena se você for passar pouquíssimo tempo e precisar ficar próximo ao Aeroporto de Congonhas (adendo, é possível escutar o barulho dos aviões do quarto). Caso contrário, não recomendo. Há hotéis muito melhores em São Paulo pelo mesmo custo-benefício.
