My husband and I loved the location of the hotel, the breakfast was very good; however, I believe that the staff makes your stay worthwhile. The hotel was good, room was clean…but, the reception staff wasn’t very helpful. For example, I asked for some extra hangers (only 3 present in the room) to hang my clothes which weren’t available. I asked for a wake up call for the balloon ride at 3 am… the personnel said that he forgot as if it just slipped his mind. Maybe this all happened cos we didn’t get the balloon ride tour from him… I don’t know. I’d like to add that many other staff were helpful and courteous. So we had a great time. The location is perfect to unwind and relax. To help keep the guests satisfied, the owners need to train everyone… especially the ones who greets the guests. So it was a bitter sweet experience and I’d love to return here again… maybe I’d try some other rooms next time.

That was the best freaking hotel we ever stayed
So guys I totally recommend you this place. It was really great, even though we stayed at economy room (can't imagine what' happening at VIP rooms). It was very clean, cosy, warm (it was the only hotel out of 4 we stayed that had a central heating and was very warm). It even had additional stuff like needles to mend clothes, make up remover items, etc. We totally liked our stay as a family as we are very fond of tea and they supplied clean bottled water for that and tea bags every day. We also could sign up for local activities with their help and totally enjoyed them. Also, they allowed us to stay there longer as our bus to another city was at night and we checked out in the morning. Oh, I also forgot to mention it has a cute garden where we took bunch of pics during our stay because it snowed to prettily. Also, that breakfast. Damn, that was the most varied Turkish breakfast I have ever tried. We had 3 different pies and even soup among all other stuff in the morning. I think it already speaks to itself about the level of the hotel. Unfortunately, I cannot upload any photos since we stayed there with kids under 18 and I would love to keep their privacy.

I book the Hotel using the web portal/Expedia ""Cave Hotel"" , where it was a stone hotel....which is very disappointing and unacceptable for me. Which shouldnt be the case, its false advertising and i don't know why its high rated, the Hotel staff very pleasantly said yes its stone made by Caves - its not a cave which we booked far and we cannot get the refund as was paid already Please check twicly don't trust the Caves on names only, thoroughly check please Otherwise its very good amd near to walking street with all food and other activities
