2 problems for me: 1) Shuttle Bus: every airport hotel has the full hotel name on the bus. For Honkan, the bus only says "Tokyok" which looks like the word Tokyo to a foreigner. I missed the bus 3 times before I realized that Hokan's bus in the only bus out of about 10 or 12 that don't have the full hotel name 2) I accidently booked a smoking room. We don't have smoking rooms in my country so I didn't consider it. I appologized upon check in....they had a non-smoking room, but would not give it to me. 3) the bed is rock hard

Just ok
Did not get a room in new part, the other part is dated. Toilet was very short. Hard for someone 5’6 let alone 6’3. Beds , wow. I thought I owned a firm bed . These were like sleeping on a padded sheet of plywood.

Convenient, but... hard mattress!
Location was great, with the included shuttle from/to Narita airport made this a convenient overnight transit. The room was smaller than pictured, and the mattress was HARD - like sleeping on the floor. Still, I would stay here again given its proximity to NRT.

Convenient and great value.
The hotel location is very close to Narita airport and they offered airport transfer from the hotel. I booked this hotel one night for my husband before he goes to Narita airport the next morning. It's convenient if you need to go to Narita early in the morning. They also provide free breakfast.

Simple but still worth it
Room was larger than I thought. Lots of space. Clean. Elevator conveniently located. Nothing special but good breakfast, which was included.Shuttle bus is often and efficient. Close to airport. Quite far for shopping. Used shuttle daily and then train. Shuttle is only to/from airport but still useful. Simple, no frills, but still worth the value. I would stay again
