BAD EXPERIENCE
The experience in this apartment was the worst I have ever seen/encountered. To begin with when I had arrived at the apartment the bed sheets were smelling of sweat and had stains. The toilet was very dirty and I asked the supervisor to have them changed which he did but little did I know that he would go downstairs and start talking about us in a rude and unprofessional way to his colleague and her boyfriend (non working staff individual). After that I was woken up at 3:00AM by loud bangs on the door being threatened to leave the place because apparently payment was not made yet it showed booked on the app. There was a non-staff individual threatening to kick us out together with the staff - who claimed to had called us during the night when we were sleeping and was also very rude with her communication. She and the non staff boyfriend called us to go pay or else we would be kicked out and what was puzzling is the apartment was booked on the app. Supervisor came shortly and insisted we sorted the matter in the morning. Next morning the manager came and everything was sorted, we cut our stay short because this experience was not only dissatisfying but traumatising. The manager had to charge us a discounted fee for our stay after we complained to him. We travelled from London to Preston for a City Break only to go through such an experience. This is the most disappointing unprofessional dissatisfying experience.STAFF WAS VERY RUDE .
