I stayed at Grand hotel for just one night at the end of April. Check in process was disappointing, no information about the amenities, breakfast, Wifi, spa, or other services. Just a remind to promptly pay the tourist tax. Then, I asked to check out 2 hours later, at 14pm, and they said I need to pay half of the rate of the room. Hospitality at its best. 80$ for just two hours. Breakfast could be better for a 5 star hotel, they did not have no apples or bananas even. The waiter also did not bother to come to offer coffee or juice for the entire breakfast. Wifi does not work steady on the 7th floor. Overall, overpriced hotel with average customer service. Avoid.

Anca lviv’in en iyi oteli diye söylendi. Zira sadece oda için fiyat pahalı. Otelin içinde casino mevcut. Makineler çok yeni değil. Orta büyüklükte bir casino… Ama en ilginci casinoda elektrikler gitti…. Yarım saatten fazla karanlıkta bekledik. Çıkıp gidelemiyor zira kartlar makinede ilken ve giderseniz kart sıfırlanıyor.
