This property was very uncomfortable. The bathroom is open to the hotel room, and I was traveling with my sister in law. There was no privacy, even in the shower because there was no door, it opened right into the room. The bed was very uncomfortable. The staff left for the night at 10:30, which we did not know and we got into Kufstein right before 10:30 and almost missed being able to check into the hotel for the night, after we had already paid for it. I was really aggravated. There was no one to call during the night if there was any problem, there was no staff. Further, when we were there, there was a huge festival happening outside that rocked the whole hotel and it was impossible to sleep. I went downstairs and sat on the sofa until 2 am and talked on the phone. All of the people that came in through the evening asked me for assistance because they thought I worked there and there was no one else in the lobby. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant stay at the Arte hotel.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly as were the rest of the staff. Modern clean room, comfortable bed and a large wet room.. Breakfast was plentiful with the best Semmel I had in a long time.The wine bar served lovely snacks and the wine was not to be sneezed at either. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Kufstein is a lovely city and the hotel is right in the centre with lovely restaurants and cafes on the river promenade.

Ok, aber an Preis/Leistung noch arbeiten…
Vorweg: Zimmer samt Bett war in Ordnung, wobei in dieser Kategorie das TV größer sein dürfte und ein Wasserkocher vorhanden sein dürfte. Internet stabil und schnell. Gefallen hat auch der kleine Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Dampfbad, die nachmittags auf Anfrage angeschaltet werden. Der „Fitnessraum“ besteht dagegen aus zwei Hometrainern und einem Stepper. Zimmerservice kam einen Tag gar nicht, am zweiten Tag nachlässig. Frühstück war schwierig. Alles Zugekaufte kann man essen. Die Säfte waren furchtbar dünn mit Komzentrat gemischt, das Rührei so stark verlängert, dass es fast weiß war. Vor allem rannte der eine Mitarbeiter ununterbrochen dem Mangel hinterher, was alle war blieb alle - ganz gleich, ob es sich um gekochte Eier, Teelöffel, Teetassen, Gläser für Latte Macchiato etc. gehandelt hat. Wer Frühstück anbieten will, sollte auch ausreichend Personal bereitstellen. Kurzum: das waren schon 4-Sterne-Preise, für vier Sterne fehlt aber noch einiges an Service.
