Standard hotel, shocking service.
The apartment overall was nice and clean enough, however the service we received from the group managing the hotel was appalling. They don't speak a word of English, the drive to pick up the keys is 25 minutes,
When we reported that there was water leaking on the floor, the washing machine not even plumbed I , and the pillowcases FAR too small for the pillows provided, we received no response to our three emails , even though we emailed within their specified 48 hr time frame.
When someone eventually did turn up to fix the washing machine (after hotels.com got involved ) we were given no notice, he turned up at 9in the morning, left and came back at 7pm at night.
We still have not received our refund of our 150 deposit either. Extremely disappointed.
