The apartment was very clean. Loved the old rock inside and wooden shutters over the patio doors. Lots of dining options close by. Only downside was that we were in apt 8 (top floor) and had multiple stairs to climb. If you are elderly, not in shape or have some sort of mobility issue I would just ask for a lower floor.

Great apartment, very well located. There are a lot of steps to the room as others have mentioned but the stairway is very well maintained. The only issue for us was the air conditioning was not fit for purpose and did not cool the room properly.

Liliana and Joana were both so nice and accommodating during our stay. They made sure that we were comfortable in our rooms, had suggestions for restaurants and places to see, and made sure we had fresh towels and linens. Our apartment was extremely clean and quiet, and access was easy and convenient. This space was central to a lot of sites in Porto and was very walkable, as there are 3 restaurants outside right when you walk out the door.

Amazing aparthotel, excellent location!
This aparthotel was in a perfect location walking distance to everything notable, surrounded by bars, restaurants, shopping, transit. Lots of hills so be prepared to get in lots of steps, and bring comfy shoes! The hotel staff went out of their way to be helpful. Carla was at the hotel sometimes and another woman whose name I forget. Tatiana was always available via WhatsApp and helped us with transfers from the airport, and then to the train station as well as general questions about the neighbourhood. Only one thing: I booked this hotel thinking I would have a washing machine but turns out only two of the apartments have them.
I would stay here again. Great value for money!
