Not bad, but not brilliant
The room was (standard) was adequate. The shower was awkward to adjust and operate, but the room had everything we needed. The evening meal again was ok. Not exceptional, and the menu. was not very inspiring The breakfast was extremely good.

Great stay
Just the kind of stay we wanted as a couples night away. It was quiet, views were amazing and did have some sunshine too. The rooms were great with the patio. We had a fabulous evening meal here at the onsite restaurant and breakfast which was great. Service was excellent. The only niggles were the fridge in our room needed a clean inside and we could not get any service on bedroom tv for netflix. Appreciating that we stayed at the end of the season, the beautiful pots on the patio could have been weeded or plants in, as the front of the properties plants were well maintained. The views are amazing and even empty pots would have been better.

Good value for money
Lovely clean friendly place with restaurant and bar onsite. Bit like a travelodge but more personal. Rooms clean and comfortable but otherwise basic. Slept really well but decided to skip the buffet breakfast and go to a cafe nearby

The lodge is in a lovely rural setting. The rooms are modern & scrupulously clean. There is plenty of choice at breakfast, especially all the fresh fruit. Dinners were delicious. Lee, the owner, & his staff were excellent.

nice room for a family of 4, with nice surroundings, polite and helpful staff and a great outdoor area for the kids to play. We came in the summer and they had pizza truck in the evenings which was great. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Enjoyable as was our previous visit. Valance on bed had staining on it, these are not changed. Top sheets are clean. Comfortable accommodations, slept very well. Breakfast lovely. Might have to wait for items to be replenished as some guests behave greedily and take everything despite there being a queue. Perfect area if you want to visit Camber Sands or Winchelsea Beach. Had dinner at the restaurant, took quite a while (just under an hour) and we ordered mains only, only about 5 tables occupied. We had an enjoyable stay overall.

Place was nice enough. One power plug in the whole room, food was good but honestly was not worth the price per night. Tbh id probably only spend 50 a night there.

Lovely placd with restaurant and bar on sute which was good as there was nothing within walking distance. The room was vefy modern and comfortable the bathroom coukd do with updating but considering how much time you spend in there it's not really a problem. We had room 17 which was first floor and on the end so we had a balcony which was nice to sit out at night but there was no light.

Great hotel
The hotel is great. Very nice snd clean room, everything you need. We stayed with our family 2 adults 2 children and really loved it. Very nice territory, fountain with fishes, quiet location but you can easily reach shops and restaurants by car (5-7 minutes). Would come back here again.
