Bathroom was not handicap friendly (no bars in shower), floor slippery and it was a handicap room. Valet parking never showed up the next morning to retrieve our cars. We were told security would get our keys and we could walk to the parking lot and find our cars . I said, no. Where is the parking lot? Where is my car?
