Hotel room is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is near airport bus pick up stop ie going back to the airport but airport bus drop off can be quite tricky especially if airport bus driver transferred you from 6015 to 6001. If dropped off across the street, you will have to carry your bag/s thru the underpass to cross.

For what we paid, we found this hotel disappointing. Service was excellent, lobby was nice. However, the room had paint peeling off the walls in places, chipped furniture that was delaminating and grout peeling off in the bathroom. Maybe we got a bad room. Quite a lot of smudges on the walls and marks and stains on the walls. Would have expected more from a four star, but I'm not super familiar with Seoul. No view, just a tiny window overlooking a wall. I connected to wifi for the first time in 30 days and used a credit card that is almost never used. I was trying to find a card that would work in Korea. My credit card was stolen immediately, but it could have been the application I used.

Everything’s okay. But my son’s room had a strange encounter - it is strange to hear people knocking the room door from outside from soft to hard knocks, and upon opening it, no one was outside the corridor.( Happened for one night) Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite the strange occurrence.

Location was pretty good. Public transportation option is great, the bus stop is very close including the airport bus. Subway a 10-15 minute slow stroll away. Lots of places to eat nearby. Convenience store very close as well. There were a lot of guests so the lobby got crowded at times. Money exchange machine in the lobby. The staff can call you taxi at the front desk. Staff was accommodating to my requests and needs. The ONLY downside (or upside depending on what you like) is the bathroom. Frosted glass door and walls. You can see pretty much everything through it, not clearly, but you get a good idea. They were currently changing out the hinoki baths throughout the hotel, my room hadn't been changed out so it was old and felt unusable. I think once the baths have been replaced throughout the hotel, it would be a better stay. Not saying the stay was bad to begin with, it was nice.
