This hotel is excellent. It is a short walk to the old towns with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The gym is spacious with a good variety of equipment. The breakfast buffet is superb. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very spacious.

Our room on the 7th floor had a great view of the city from the big balcony. Beds were good (we like them firm) and the room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing as was the lovely pool area (2 of them). But the absolute shining stars of this hotel were the staff. We were treated so well by everyone, can’t say enough about them. The hotel was well situated close enough to walk to the old town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Definitely recommend!

The staff here were all friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room, number 801 which had a great view and was very quiet and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and a had a great variety. The property has two pools, a family pool and an adult pool which I always appreciate. Free bikes were fun to use for exploring the area. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and walk to Old Town was about 10 minutes. All in all a nice stay!

Excellent staff (server Trang), cleanliness, and location (15-min walk to old town). Rooms were good but have seen better days (some worn bedding and towels); bathroom amenities were not (pink hand wash and hair conditioner that was like body lotion) and rain-shower needs descaling. Breakfast buffet was tasty and varied; dinner was bland (braised eggplant and banana blossom salad) but many other restaurants near by. The price reflected the value; a solid stay overall.

Our connecting rooms were super clean. The property has a beautiful garden and is just a short walk from Ancient Town. The pool was sparkling and lovely place to relax before or after exploring town. Breakfast buffet had every option imaginable.
