The staff here were all friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room, number 801 which had a great view and was very quiet and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and a had a great variety. The property has two pools, a family pool and an adult pool which I always appreciate. Free bikes were fun to use for exploring the area. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and walk to Old Town was about 10 minutes. All in all a nice stay!

Excellent staff (server Trang), cleanliness, and location (15-min walk to old town). Rooms were good but have seen better days (some worn bedding and towels); bathroom amenities were not (pink hand wash and hair conditioner that was like body lotion) and rain-shower needs descaling. Breakfast buffet was tasty and varied; dinner was bland (braised eggplant and banana blossom salad) but many other restaurants near by. The price reflected the value; a solid stay overall.

Overall, it was a good stay. Some of the feedback likely comes from the property showing a bit of age. The location offers a river view, though the water was muddy. The staff were all wonderful, and breakfast was decent. A nice, affordable budget friendly 5-star hotel.

Our connecting rooms were super clean. The property has a beautiful garden and is just a short walk from Ancient Town. The pool was sparkling and lovely place to relax before or after exploring town. Breakfast buffet had every option imaginable.

Very good service, room and food.
Nice with the shuttle bus to the beach
In general a good stay and good location.
Only remark is that the hotel is in need of some maintenance and would qualify more close to a 4star i my book

Hotel is very well located just opposite the old town and within walking distance. All the staff is all very friendly and very helpful. Swimming pool is just amazing. They offer a variety of local and continental food for breakfast.
