Over charged against faciliites provided.
I have booked this room for my daughter for her first night stay after wedding. Approaching road is horrible. Even after my special request to little décor the room they have just provide with cake and welcome card. Total 8 rooms are there they didn't serve the dinner in room after special request. Average hospitality. I personally feel , Over all this hotel is over charged and facilities are less. Not worth visiting this place. Zero response to newly wedded couple. Not worth visiting the place.

Nice hotel with a few minor irritants
Me, may family and some some friends(3 couples and 2 Kids) had recently stayed for one night at Amanzi. The hotel itself is located in a very scenic and secluded area with beautiful views of Pawana Lake.
Pros: Great location, Great decor, Great food and comfortable rooms.
Cons: They require ID cards for EVERYONE, which is unusual as most hotels only need ID's for one person per room. Bedside Curtains in the room were not clean, Some of the staff were a bit rude (the Security guard who let us in took some convincing that we actually had reservations) and there were like 6 spa staff lounging around in the common area outside our room talking loudly and waking up the baby, we called the manager twice and finally it was taken care of . There is no intercom so you can't call for room service easily and there is no Wifi, which is a must for any modern hotel (boutique or otherwise).

The last resort
The management is not helpful if you raise issues with them. Otherwise they pretend to be friendly.
In the water villas, we had frogs croaking around us and disturbing us through the night. When we complained, the manager (Vijay) switched off his phone. The next morning he told us that we were encroaching on the frogs' territory so we should put up with their noise.
The food was not hygienic. Four of us suffered from indigestion, nausea and vomiting on the second night.
When it rains, water seeps through the walls into the rooms and this resort is not even a year old.
There is no TV available in the rooms.
There is very limited wi-fi connectivity in the location.
When choosing a hotel to stay in, go here only as a last "resort".
