Beautiful hotel, very close to Arequipa main square. The sun terrace/restaurant area is very pretty with flowers, hummingbirds & stunning views of the volcanoes. Housekeeping are wonderful, with fresh bedding & towels everyday, plus refillable glass water bottles. Quiet hotel, some music noise from nearby but not til late so no problem. Large supermarket only a few minutes walk. Our only issue was that the beds in the 2 roons we stayed in were quite hard, as were the sofas. But overall we would recommended Palla Hotel for a stay in Arequipa.

Feuille de coca avec eau chaude disponible dans l’espace commun. Employé très aimable et chaleureux. Le quartier est près de tout à pied. Rooftop très beau, mais il y avait peu de monde à l’hôtel alors il manquait un peu d’ambiance. Or, ce n’était de tout manière pas notre critère principale pour l’hôtel. Nous y restons uniquement et principalement pour dormir. On recommande frandement
