It's very close to the red light district which has loads of bars and restaurants - not all are sleazy! Try Juniper Hotel bar on the 12th floor. Great views. It's on Street 130 (one street from Sun & Moon). Quay area is nice and Royal Palace is walkable.

The pool looks awesome in the photos, but is very dirty with heaps of green algae (doesn't look like it has been cleaned for a year or so), and there are loads of annoying pigeons on the rooftop that make what should be a really nice area rather unenjoyable.
