Great location and friendly hosts. Watching the ships come and go from my bedroom window was lovely - view from breakfast room was even better. Nice walk along the point from the home.
I walked from the airport (no luggage) to the pub, had dinner and then walked home. Steep hill but quite manageable. Was not disturbed by the planes despite proximity to airport.

Everything was as advertised and just what I needed. Comfortable, warm and spotless! Five minute walk to bus route #4, so easy to go into central Wellington. I thoroughly enjoyed the views and meeting the lovely hosts.
