The young lady at the front desk was a WIN. We were late to check in but not only was she nice over the phone but in person she smiled and even played with our puppy during the check in process. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. The hotel is close to a delicious Japanese restaurant "Ume". The lady working the breakfast on Valentine's day was very attentive, welcoming and positive. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the very jolty elevator. Once you got to the top floor it would shake and make a lot of unsettling noises. Overall it was a great stay though. Thanks

LOVED the room, which was large enough to gave the bed located so there was a large open area with the a loveseat facing the TV. Decor was very nice. Lovely modern bathroom with walk-in shower.
