There were many issues with our stay. Right from the start, I received a parking ticket when checking in. Our room wasn't cleaned even after requesting several times. The front desk staff attempted to double charge me for parking, which was $50 per night. The parking garage was nearly impossible to find. The room had no windows and was located underground so felt like a bunker.

I chose a room with out a window due to price . There are so many rooms down the stairs all windowless . Very odd

The staff were lovely, the. The breakfast was very filling but be aware the dining area is very small and can get busy.
With regards to the room, it was very small and difficult to "swing a cat in it". The toilet smelt really bad and it was as though the sewage was backing up in the toilet and shower drain. The toilet was in a tiny wet room.

The stafff was rude and the room was truly a disappointment the towels were stained my linens ar check in was not clean and had hair in pillows from other guest. The rooms were in a basement with out windows and you couldn’t eat or drink your own drink in the lobby. Truly a 1-2 star hotel aside from the great restaurant and breakfast the amenities were horrible
