Overall the apartments are lovely and location perfect and well equipped. The sofa was quite uncomfortable and for us the bed was too hard but it’s a great size. Loved the size of the appartment and the little balcony was a bonus. Lovely and warm, great bathroom and great value for money.

Great spot if you plan on enjoying the Borough Market and surrounding area (which we love!). The Market Porter Pub is great too, if you're looking for a spot to eat at?!)

Clean, nice location, with a supermarket downstairs. The only bad thing was that the dishwasher did not clean the dishes properly no matter what. Great to have a washer and dryer

Great little apartment
Lovely apartment, spacious and clean, and in a perfect area just 5 minutes from London Bridge. Comfortable bed and pillows and a decent hair dryer! I’d happily stay there long term as it’s a great size for a solo person or couple.

Great apartment
This apartment is so good for my family. The room is large and equipment is enough. We are happy to stay at this apartment.

6/10 Good

The price paid for these rooms was extortionate. The bedroom and bedding smelt of stale smoke from a previous occupant. The apartment next door had an eviction notice on the door. Felt more like student halls. Not good value for money considering what we paid. The location is very handy but the apartment was very average. I would never stay at this place again.

Oddly very quiet for an apartment. Didn’t hear a single noise from any other properties. Very clean, with very helpful staff on hand. Highly recommend for a weekend stay. Very useful having a Tesco Express next door too.

Because it is not a hotel apartment, there is no room service provided. Despite this, the stay was satisfactory. The apartment was old and the bathtub was extremely slippery, resulting in two slips and one injury to my knee. However, the staff were friendly.

2/10 Poor

Super disappointing. They said they were 4 star but they don’t have air conditioning. It was 32 degrees in our room and there was 1 fan for the four of us. It was cooler outside. We would have to keep our kids out late to attempt to keep the room cool. When asked they just said we didn’t say we had it and they would not offer any resolution. When asked to speak with the hotel manager I was provided a generic email address.

2/10 Poor

Overpriced and hot without AC
The location of this place is its only benefit. The rooms themselves are shoddy at best. The beds were hard and had lumps where springs were poking us. The beds were not made with a top sheet, then they charged us for them when we asked. They left us 6 towels, for 5 people for 5 days, then charged us for extra. While there is a washer/dryer in the unit it did not work, and since the place has no AC the idea of running it and heating up our apartment in July was abhorrent to us. We opted for a fluff and fold. And yes, you heard that - this place has no AC. The windows are shoddy and barely open, most of them have window coverings hanging over them making opening the windows either impossible or pointless as the drapes would cover the opening. We had 5 people on a two bedroom and they gave us two fans. I had to go full Karen on them to get the third fan for my kids who were sleeping on the pullout in the livingroom that they advertise as a place for people to sleep. We told them we were 5 people, yet still only two fans. On general this place has a very cheap vibe, the lights in the hallways are motion sensor so when you get off the elevator they’re off till you walk thru. The hallways and elevator are miserably hot since there is no AC anywhere accept the front lobby where people actually work. If I’m honest this place felt just a few steps above low income housing. For 500 pounds a night. Rip off. Our first few nights here were so miserable we almost went for a new booking el

Very confusing parking system. We needed to move our car twice as we were told we had parked in the wrong area of the underground car park despite parking by the orange pillar and bike store as instructed! We were last asked to move it at 11pm. Surely using the numbers of the bays would be the best approach!
