Lovely reception when checking in - room clean, bathroom lovely size with great shower and L’occitaine toiletries. Good location from Eurostar and easy to walk a couple of minutes to the pretty square and lovely streets of Lille

Great location close to the train stations and points of interest. Room wasn’t ready on arrival at check in time but this wasn’t a problem as they happily took our bags. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly check in staff. Recommended where to eat out for local food. We went to Rue de Gand and it was great tip. Clean, comfortable and well located with free mini bar which is a bonus.
Would Def stay again with kids. Especially impressed with service.. check in guy was efficient and gave our kids colouring pencils and paper.
