Wonderfull Stay
Checked in to find that we had been upgraded from what would have been a very good room to the ‘Room 1’ Heritage Deluxe Room which had an even bigger Spa bath and the best of views. Dinner at the hotel was good, staff professional and helpful. Will be back.

We stayed late in bar only 10 pm and had to leave the building (previously we just went straight onto the staircase to get to our room) told to enter again but failed to get in only to end back at the bar
The bar staff were very helpful
We were on the top floor which had 4 very long flights of stairs ( high ceilings) being a heritage hotel there were no lifts
We managed but I could imagine many would struggle
Very lovely young man carried our bags up without even breaking a sweat 😅
Coming from England for 6 weeks our bags were very heavy!!
