Winter visit to Pigeon Forge.
This is the 3rd or 4th time we've stayed there. Great price, and great location for Pigeon Forge. Rooms are basic but all we need for a few days in the mountains.

2/10 Poor

Trashy place
Walked in to room, walked right back out. It looks like the ratings were bought. I have stayed in some sketchy places. But this was the worst ever and no refund!! Hotels.com has let me down again! DO NOT STAY HERE. Room smelled like urine, smoke and pot. People sitting in walkway while trying to get to our room.

The hotel is nice out very outdated they never came around to bring you fresh towels we asked them and they said they were short staffed so we had to go down and get towels every day they never picked the old towels up or trash we had to sit outside the door the bathroom doorway was very very small very hard to get into for a bigger person parking was very limited great area though other than being outdated the hotel wasn't very good shape other than not having anybody to give you fresh towels and stuff like that a good experience

I have been staying at Tennessee Mountain Lodge for a long time with my folks before they passed. The motel was ran by Brackins family then. I booked this room for myself as I was just riding the motorcycle down for a few days. Room was clean and comfortable staff was nice. They appear to be renovating rooms. The room I stayed in had a new sink and fresh paint on the bathroom walls.

We love this place. It is super retro. We stayed here back in 2020 and just stayed again. It looks/feels exactly like you're staying in a hotel back in the 70s and we love that vibe! Paneling, 70s tile in the bathroom, comfy beds with spring mattresses. super affordable, view of the river behind the hotel with geese and ducks. We absolutely love it. Our room was spotless and there's an elevator if you're not on first. Right in the middle of everything in Pigeon Forge. Don't go here if you don't like old school and then complain about it. Many of us love old school and it's hard to find these days. Daughter and I both love this place.

Clean and renovated but meh…
Decent room, newly renovated, no dining table, mattress and bed left much to be desired, clean and newly rustic looking. For $150 a night, I’d just expect a little better bed. It’s the only reason I’m even there.

The Lodge is located in a very busy area of Sevierville and don't try to walk to any place around it, you might wind up as road kill. We were there only one night to meet our son and to pick up our grands.

The room was old. The lamp had stains on the shade. We were at the back of the property right beside the dumpster, which came at 4 AM in the morning To be emptied. There were water stains on the ceiling where it leaked and they were painted over. Yes ma’am, I am. Thank you. Pictures showed updated rooms which we did not get just was not what I expected.
