We had an excellent stay here! This was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in...you wouldn't even be able to tell that it was 10 years old! It was in such good condition. I really loved that the rooms had wooden floors instead of carpet...much more cleaner! It was nice to have 50 inch Smart TVs- I love that I could connect to my Netflix account. I don't typically see TVs this large in hotels. The bathroom in our room was also very clean. The in-suite kitchen was huge and spacious! The staff also was very friendly and welcoming. Fazood checked us in and was very nice! I loved the location - plenty of restaurants and shops around and we felt very safe. If we visit Cincinnati again, we will definitely be staying in this hotel!

Whe we checked in, the gal was friendly and very pleasant, and everything went smoothly. The room was clean and well appointed; hotel is very nice. Shower was hot with great water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast offered a lot of variety, everything was hot, and area was kept clean and tidy by the attendant. We will most definitely stay there again and highly recommend!
