A mixed experience.
Key thing for this hotel is to check your room before you move in. My first room on level 3 was so noisy due to the poor windows. After a few days they moved me to level 8 which was much better for noise - but had a missing bathroom window so a bit of a worry re mossies. Clean & breakfast was good, but there was no tea/coffee facilities, and no hot water in the basin. I also was charged for drinking some of the bottled water in the fridge (as it was the ONLY thing there I presumed it was free just in case the tap water wasn't great!)
