Front desk staff is very polite and fluent in English. It feels warm and welcoming. The room itself is very spacious and clean. Location is close to Jeju bus terminal, which made my commuting very convenient. All in all, I am enjoying my solo travel and stay here in Astar Hotel Jeju very much.

Great Place to Stay in Jeju-si
Fabulous location one block off the main road in the center of town. Short walk to shops, restaurants, bus stops and a 5-minute walk to the central bus station. Less than 10 minute taxi ride to the airport. Super friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again

Convenient stay to access the city and cherry blossom festival which was within 10 minutes walking distance. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly especially our cleaning lady on the 10th floor. Handy to have parking on site in the city. G25 incorporated into the hotel was very useful.

Big nice room, but with AC not working!
Nice big hotel room (twin bed), with a small sofa. Everything was fine with staff, but the AC was only working on/off. We had to reset it every hour by removing our key card from the main switch. There was never a repair ren one night we had the room.
