Like the location. Close to everything. Walking to restaurants and shops on a pedestrian walkway on the water right behind the hotel. Staff was great . Only suggestion to improve would be more remotes for parking. Had to wait quite some time for another guest to return with the remote so we could get our vehicle and go on with our day.

Hotel was in a good location but was very loud in the evening till around 3.00 am but this is not the hotel’s problem unless they are willing to get soundproofed windows hotel was comfortable , staff at reception were helpful . We had planned to eat in the restaurant but had been put off by cafe staff earlier in the day who we found to be rude and ignorant.

A lovely hotel with a stunning outlook
A little confusion to begin with as we had asked for a twin room and when we entered the room we only saw a double bed. The gentleman in reception was quite adamant and a little rude insisting that he had worked there for 5 years and new that room was a twin bedded room. However, he made a phone call to housekeeping and a very nice lady came and separated the beds, put on appropriate bedding and turned it into a twin room. So all good in the end.

Want to travel back in time to the 1980's? Then this is the hotel for you! The furnishing of the hotel is pretty ancient but clean. The staff is nice but cannot answer too many questions due to language barrier. The free breakfast was interesting... mini boiled hot dogs and cold over easy eggs. The WiFi might as well be dial up, I am not kidding - we could not use a single app on our phone tha tinvolved the internet. Overall, I give it a 2/5. Its a good place to sleep, thats it.

leaky and whistling door
The strong wind blew the whole night through the leaky door, making terrible whistles. Impossible to sleep! The location is great! There are many good restaurants near the hotel. The hotel doen't privide parking for its guests, we had to use a private parking 150m from the hotel, paid 10 euros (I was asked for 15e, but I did bargain). Staff didn't seem to be willing to help.

The view was great and it was included in the standard price (maybe because it was during the winter and not very busy). The room although clean, large and comfortable (I give extra points to the hotels with strategically placed mains power sockets and this one had more than enough) it was dated and worn. I stayed for one night and there was no hot water in the morning because of a technical problem. I expected something better from their part than just acknowledging the problem.
